The property boasts a lovely meditation garden and an organic orchard, where my children enjoyed picking fresh fruits, turning it into a fun family activity. The pool area offered much-needed shade, vital in the Alentejo heat, making it an ideal spot for relaxing while the kids splashed about. Our spacious room was comfortable and well-maintained, contributing to our overall enjoyment of the stay. We appreciated the simple yet satisfying breakfast, which included local fruit and warm pastries. The owner's hospitality truly made us feel at home. Monte Alerta is a splendid choice for families seeking a peaceful yet engaging getaway in Portugal.
